Tone It Up Bikini Series day 1

Tone it up just started another eight week series for summer. Today was day one. I only did the upper body workout. No cardio and I didn't do the challenge. I will be doing that tomorrow when I have the time.

Dang my arms are weak! I haven't done anything in a while to really get the muscle back after the neck issue that I had two and a half years ago. True it took over a year to be kinda normal and I still have issues from it. I went along with the video with three pound weights and my shoulders, neck were already slightly pinching by end of round one. By round three I was standing up straight to help with the pain and I lowered the reps a bit. But I will remember this so in right weeks I can do again and see how far I've come. If I do the eight weeks. I know me but maybe I will stick with it this time.
